The Rules
Follow these1. Laps must be recorded with GPS watches, running apps or similar and links to routes must be provided with entries2. Stick to the towpath where possible.3. Do not catch the bus.4. Help lone mothers with buggies up the steps at Barnes for a five-second time bonus.5. Go to the leaderboard tab, enter your (accurate and truthful) results, and once they've been approved your name will appear on the leaderboard!PLEASE NOTE: Point 4 doesn’t really earn you five seconds, it’s pride thing.
