Raised by wolves, Phil Wilding's spent the last 20 years running - from angry wolves, deadlines and commitment. Recently he noticed a blimp-like silhouette and was dismayed to find it was his own. Consequently, he's returned to running with the kind of relish teenage girls reserve for Twilight's Robert Pattinson.
