Follow Simon on Twitter: @Wallathon Simon's story: Running on and off for 20 years, Simon's first marathon was the 2001 London Marathon. However, starting a family meant that he had less time to train so his marathon running days were put on hold. To celebrate turning 40 in 2013, Simon has set himself the challenge of running 40 races - including the Skechers Performance Milton Keynes Marathon. As a teacher, Simon will be fitting his runs in before and after work and will be raising money for a number of charities, including Marie Curie, the Jennifer Trust for Kids, the Alzheimers Society and the Huntingdon's Disease Association.
