Men’s Running is proud to announce the launch of Operation Ultra 2013. We’re looking for three men with good stamina and a positive attitude to race each other over a 50-mile ultra this autumn.THE EVENT
You will be running the Wye One Way 50, a race beginning near the source of the River Wye to the finish in Glasbury, this trail run largely follows the Wye Valley, though there is an excursion into the Elan Valley via mountains and around the spectacular Dams. Organisers say: “Be warned, this isn’t a flat river run – whilst it follows the course of the River Wye and there are some flat sections, there is also over 2000m of ascent. About 80 per cent of the route is off road – the rest on quiet lanes.” For more information visit: www.mightcontainnuts.com
