Men’s Running coaching editor Nick is a qualified level 4 UKA coach and holds many health and fitness qualifications as a graduate in science and management of health and fitness. Nick has been running for more than 25 years and coaching for over 15 as a GB coach and former UK head coach for 5K, 10K, cross country and long endurance.

His life is running and helping others to achieve their goals using his health and fitness background to bring a holistic approach to his coaching and presenting style. He now coaches all levels of runner from complete beginner to elite GB champions and owns www.runningwithus.com with his partner, Phoebe Thomas.
