Matt's story: As a longhaul pilot Matt has to cope with constant jetlag. As a result, he uses running to beat stress, stay in shape and explore new destinations. Following in the footsteps of his parents, who were both keen runners, Matt is aiming to increase his fitness and improve his distance running to help beat his previous marathon times.
