Nutritional Advice for an ultra (50 miler)

  • Posted:
Thinking way in advance, I'm doing the Ladybower 50 in 2014 and I'm collecting ideas on what to eat during the run. There are 3 aid stations at mile 5, 20 and 35, so I'm wondering on the tactics here - what to have waiting for me at the aid stations which I won't have in my backpack, best food options to take with me etc.

    Help appreciated
