Gary won, shedding an impressive 4.5st in the space of a year.  Unfortunately, working as a busy chef isn't always a recipe for healthy eating and Gary's weight has started to creep back up. As a result, he has turned back to running as a way of staying trim - most recently completing a half marathon. Alongside his busy job, Gary will also have to fit his training in around looking after his young daughter. Can he do it? You bet!
