The Leeds Abbey Dash 10k returns to Leeds City Cedntre on the 17th of November for its 29th year. Flat and fast the run attracts 10,000 runners and is ideal for both elites going for a PB and beginners looking for a challenge. Not only this, but with every stride you'll be raising money for Age UK supporting older people in your area and around the UK. More info on http://tinyurl.com/c3a8ngf.
