Training for 2 10k's in Aug
    Posted:
I'm currently training for the Exeter 10k (16th Aug) and the Torbay 10k (26th Aug). I have done the Torbay twice before, but hoping for a p.b on the course (which has a killer hill in the middle that you run over twice). Just got to remember that I have to arrive on time this year to pick up my timing chip.
The Exeter 10k is pancake flat as it's by the river and canal and so an excellent race on which to set a p.b. I'm hoping to get under 48 mins (my p.b is currently 48m 12s set at the Bristol 10k)

Is anyone else planning to run these events?
