The Bupa Flash run is back!
Ahead of the Bupa Great Manchester Run, Bupa are offering you the incredible opportunity to go for a 5K lunchtime run with Olympic gold medallist, James CracknellDue to popular demand, for the first time, the Bupa Flash Run will be taking place in Salford! The run will take place on Wednesday 16 May 2012. Follow @buparunning on Twitter for details on exact location and timings.
The Flash Run is totally free and Bupa sports physios will be on hand to offer you running tips and advice about any aches, pains or injuries.
