Bupa flash run Thursday 21 October

Join champion runner Mo Farah for the UK's first ever free flash run in Regent's Park, London next Thursday

To celebrate the double European gold medallist Mo Farah becoming a Bupa ambassador, Bupa are offering the opportunity to go for a 5K lunchtime run with Mo. The British star of the 2010 European Championships will be lacing up his trainers and heading to Regent’s Park on Thursday 21 October, and you can join him! (If you can keep up). The event will be the UK’s first ever “flash run” populated by members of the public who have discovered the run on the @buparunning twitter feed.
