Hey guys, Danik (real name Daniel) from Stevenage here. Little introduction and loving the magazine. Been in the gym for the past 10 months, lost a bit of weight (from 14 stone to 12.6 stone), but have been focusing on Cardio and doing weights. Toned up a bit but still got a bit of fat around the stomach :( Oh well....now recently been training for my first marathon for the last few weeks and competing in the Brighton Marathon in April. Also doing the half marathon in Milton Keynes in March as part of the training. Not doing too bad, and following a lot of advice from this magazine and other sources to aide me in completing the Brighton Marathon, then after that, who knows....but it won't end there. I got the bug now! :)
