Hi everyone, I'm really new to running, after years of avoiding cardio, I entered the 2013 london marathon on a dare. I've applied for a gold bonded place so I stand a good chance of getting in. I've been lugging weights for years but literally done no cardio up until 8 weeks ago. In that time I've trained for and just completed my first 10k and loved it. Always looking for support and advice so here I am.
