breathing !

    was just wondering if anyone could help, im having trouble sorting out my breathing as i run. i really struggle over the first mile or so but then the further i run the easier it gets. was just wandering if there is anything i can do to improve on this? cheers

    The only easy day was yesterday!

    your breathing will take a mile or so just to settle down. Once you're on the move and settled down it will improve as your distance and VO2 max improves and increases. Stick with it and you'll see the benefits increase, it just takes time and a bot of effort, KEEP GOING!! Good luck!

    thanks for the advice mate. i'll stick with it,  got a 10k on the 19th and then a half marathon in norwich in november so hopefully by then it should be getting easier(the breathing that is!)thanks again for your
