Hi everyone, new to the site, I bought the magazine for the first time today and found the site from there. I've been a bit erratic with my running of late, so hoping to use the diary function to motivate me to keep at it. Aside from enjoying running (when I have the time) I lift weights 3 times a week and spend my working week as a carpenter, so not often you'll catch me sitting still for very long :-)
