He is also running to make his Grandmother proud and to raise money for the charity Whizz Kidz. With a 10K PB of 40.48, Aaron is aiming to run his first marathon in a not-too-shabby 3:30 hours.
Aaron's blogA Sound to Behold
Wednesday, 5 June, 2013 This is definitely not about my voice, which is probably a sound you'll be keen forget if your name is Angela Prior! After one hour and twenty three minutes of listening to me drone on about imperfections in the road surface, it’s a wonder that I wasn’t gagged as soon as the blindfold came off! Read more >

The Pinnacle of Exhaustion
Wednesday, 20 February, 2013 Most of the time, our mind and body work in tandem. Your brain will tell your body, 'Yes, I do want another Cadbury's Creme Egg', (hard to ignore them at this time of year) and your body will readily oblige by stuffing another one in quicker than you can say 'Happy Easter'!
